Personal Chef: Are you too busy to cook healthy meals for you or your family? I can help! I will prepare ready-made meals for you to reheat throughout the week. I can come to your home to prepare the meals, or deliver them to your home or office.
Cooking Instruction: One-on-one cooking lessons where I come to you! Together we will plan a menu consisting of several dishes to be saved and eaten later in the week, or frozen for a quick meal. Lessons include not only cooking instruction, but also in-depth nutrition information/recipes/handouts about the foods we will prepare.
Cooking Parties: Get some friends together and cook dinner at home! At a cooking party everyone works together learning to cook a fabulous and healthy meal. Nutrition information and recipes are also included. Best of all, while you eat, drink, and be merry, I clean up the mess!
Yoga: Yoga is a great way to keep fit, and de-stress. I offer one-one sessions or small group sessions.
Health Food Store Tour: If you are new to the world of healthy eating, the health food store can seem daunting. There are many different products than in a traditional grocery store. Not all products in a health food store are healthy, which can cause further confusion. Together we will peruse the isles, looking at different products, reading labels, and examining supplements.
